What is Trading Hero and how does it work?

Automated trading system

Composed of up to 60 algorithms that trade up to 11 currency pairs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Imbalance-based trading

Algorithms analyze the imbalance between buyers and sellers. They buy an asset when the market is locally oversold and sell it when it is overbought.

Fractional trade opening

The market position is gained gradually; the better the price, the bigger the volume is introduced into the market.

Dynamic take profit

Take-profit automatically increases as the total position increases for a better profit-risk ratio.

Smart stop loss

Each algorithm trades independently and has its own stop loss, starting at 2% of trading capital. In case of a local loss, other strategies will not be affected.

Trade Opening

When the price decreases, the currency pair becomes locally oversold, which increases the chance of its return to its average values. At this point, the algorithm buys in order to close the deal on the reverse price movement.

When the price rises, the currency pair becomes locally overbought. At this point, the algorithm sells to close the trade during the reverse movement.

Trade Averaging

If the market moves against an opened trade, the algorithm opens new deals with increased volumes in order to close the entire chain of deals with profit at a local market reversal.

Closing at stop-loss

With a strong unidirectional market movement without correction, the algorithm closes all trades by stop-loss in order to protect capital from large losses. The more systems there are in the portfolio, the less the effect of stop-loss on the total capital, and the faster the systems will restore the drawdown.

Since there are situations in history when the market never returns to certain prices, as happened after the 2008 crisis, we use stop-loss to avoid freezing part of the capital for years and taking more risks than the strategy provides us with.

Multi-algorithmic trading

In some portfolios, several different algorithms can trade on one currency pair. Thus, trade is carried out almost continuously.

Real-time trading monitoring

All investment portfolios have a proven trading history on live accounts of 3 to 5 years. Information on open and closed trades is updated in real time.

The trading accounts were launched at different times, so their overall returns may differ significantly. The main thing is that each portfolio is profitable every year.
